Every parcel is barcoded and scanned at every stage and are fully trackable
For extra peace of mind, a timed and signed proof of delivery (POD) is available as well. We will call or email you this POD. For complete peace of mind, with full tracking facilities, delivery can also be made to a residential address but this service carries an additional charge of £1.40 to allow 3 delivery attempts before the item is returned. Certain areas of Scotland are too remote to be able to be delivered next day, if in any doubt give us your postcode and I can tell you immediately a date and time that is guaranteed for delivery.
We can collect a parcel from anywhere and forward it on to you wherever you are.
All of the deliveries are guaranteed to be delivered by end of business day, if the parcel needs to be delivered earlier than this then there is a range or timed delivery options available at extra cost. We will guarantee delivery before the following times or your money back and that is a promise!

SATURDAY DELIVERY IS ALSO AVAILABLE AT EXTRA COST
Collection of parcels can be on a Saturday or Sunday but these will be processed on Monday for delivery Tuesday. All items must be securely packed with no sharp edges and must be clearly labelled. A computer generated label would be ideal to avoid address/postcode confusion, which could delay the parcel arriving at its destination on time.
If you email before 4:00pm, we will guarantee collection that day, and phone bookings by 5:00pm will also guarantee collection that day, however unfortunately due to popular demand for this service we have to be strict on these times, but you could email before with a weight and delivery address details so we could get the paperwork ready.
